Chevy in the Hole Committee
The FRCA Chevy in the Hole Committee advocates for the remediation and redevelopment of the 130-acre brownfield property adjacent to downtown Flint and surrounded by residential neighborhoods. The property was a key center of manufacturing for General Motors for most of the past century. Redeveloping this riverfront property will play a key role in Flint’s recovery.
