Hamilton Dam Committee
The FRCA Hamilton Dam Committee advocates for the replacement of the Hamilton Dam: a key piece of infrastructure for emergency flood control, emergency water supply, containment of contamination, and pedestrian access in downtown Flint and on the Campus of the University of Michigan, Flint. The 87 year old dam is visibly deteriorating and at high risk of failure. The committee provides support to secure funding for dam design and replacement.
